Abstract
The capacitance sensor designed in this paper is intended to be used for sensor soil moisture measurement. Soil has different molecular properties according to the region in which they are located therefore the moisture level keeps varying and a constant monitoring of soil moisture to improve the yield is needed. The capacitance change due to the dielectric constant can be used to measure the change in the moisture level in the soil. © 2019 IEEE.
