Maintenance practice is the critical need for every manufacturing organizations. Maintenance not only enhances the reliability of Equipments but also enhance customer satisfaction with products and increases the profit of organization. So, selecting proper strategy for maintenance is critical issue for organization because an inefficient policy not only affects the direct cost but also affects many other aspects. This paper represents the multi criteria decision making (MCDM) analysis using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to overcome this issue by pair wise comparisons of various evaluating criteria and alternative options based on experts review and literature study. © IEOM Society International.
