Manish Kumar currently works at the Division of Embedded Technology in the School of Electronics Engineering (SENSE), VIT University. He completed a bachelor of engineering Degree (Hons.) in electronics and communication engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India, in 2010, and the M.Tech. degree (Hons.) in electronics design and technology from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology Aurangabad (NIELIT), Aurangabad, in 2014. He completed the PhD degree with the Department of Electronics Engineering, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, Dhanbad, India. His research interests include optical sensors, nanophotonics, plasmonics, the Bragg grating-assisted surface plasmon, and metamaterial sensors.
