Dr.John Rajan A is a Professor of the Department of Manufacturing Engineering in the School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC), Vellore Institute of Technology (Received IoE status), Vellore-632 014, India. He has published several papers in international and national journals and presented conference papers in the area of Operations Research, Supply Chain Management &Logistics, Wind turbine Manufacturers’ supply chain, and advanced Welding Techniques. His research interest includes the application of decision-making tools and mathematical programming to supply chain management, Advanced Welding Techniques, Small wind turbines, Green Logistics, Solar PV Technology, and Coating. He is a member of the Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE), Indian Institute of Production Engineers (IIPE) and Operational Research Society of India (ORSI), International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and Member in Institute for Engineering research and publication (IFERP).
