The purpose of the current empirical research paper is to study and comprehend the significant factors that influence the entrepreneurial behavior through a detailed survey among the key employees of the information technology (IT) industry. The data thus collected from the survey was examined through the method of Partial Least Squares (PLS) for evaluating the relationship among the constructs of the conceptual research model. The results of the current empirical research study reveal that entrepreneurship-institutional linkage has the strongest effect on entrepreneurial behavior, followed by role of outsourcing and nature of the industry. The hypothesized path relationships between significant factors and entrepreneurial behavior have been found to be statistically significant. The top management of the companies in the IT industry have to focus and provide more importance to the entrepreneurship-institutional linkages which plays a key role in developing entrepreneurial behavior among the employees and in due course lead to innovative products and services and the over-all development of the organization.

An Empirical Analysis of Significant Factors influencing Entrepreneurial Behavior in the Information Technology Industry

The objective of the Study is to comprehend the various global business expansion and related strategies implemented by three major retail companies in the three continents, namely the US, Europe and Asia Pacific. A number of empirical, review, conceptual articles and case studies were reviewed for global business strategy, followed by the evaluation of leading indicators and analyses of a number of National and International business research papers and articles. The key findings include that the successful global expansion includes thorough adaptation to the local business markets whose key constituents are customers, culture and customs, competition, and local laws. The article also includes the comparison of key parameters between three retail companies. The international business expansion for top retailers is also a challenging task when it comes to different market realities across continents. But, there are also successful global retailers whose presence is not bounded by continental geographies. The global retail industries are long-haul businesses with longer breakeven periods. So, an effective global business expansion strategy should be implemented with insight into the future business requirements. © IAEME Publication.

The objective of the research paper is to study and comprehend the important factors that affect the fusion of corporate sustainability into strategic management. An in-depth survey was performed among the companies of various industries. The important data collected through the survey was analyzed by the method of Partial Least Squares (PLS) for evaluating the relationship among the constructs of the Conceptual research model. The results of the current interdisciplinary empirical research study disclosed that management control has the strongest effect on the fusion of corporate sustainability into strategic management, followed by stakeholder’s engagement in the discipline of Strategic Management. The present research study also revealed that organizational culture has the strongest effect on the fusion of corporate sustainability into strategic management followed by managerial attitude and behavior in the discipline of Organizational Behavior. The hypothesized path relationships between important factors and the fusion of corporate sustainability into strategic management were found to be Statistically Significant. The companies in the information technology, auto ancillary, and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) industries have to focus and create novel strategies for effective management control and organizational culture factors which are critical to the growth and development of an organization. © IAEME Publication.

Analysis of important factors effecting the fusion of corporate sustainability into strategic management: An interdisciplinary empirical research in the fields of strategic management and organizational behavior

The objective of the present empirical research paper is to study and understand theimportant and critical dimensional factors that impact the Entrepreneurship Performance. A detailed survey was carried out among the entrepreneurs of various sectors. The significant data collected from the survey was analyzed through the method of Partial Least Squares (PLS) for evaluating the relationship among the constructs of the conceptual research framework. The results of the current empirical research study reveal that innovation dimension has the strongest effect on entrepreneurship performance, followed by market dimension, capital dimension, cooperation team member dimension, and environment dimension. The hypothesized path relationships between dimensional factors and entrepreneurship performance have been found to be statistically significant. Analysis of the significant dimensional factors impacting entrepreneurship performance

The key objective of this empirical research paper is to comprehend and evaluate the impact of Technological, Organizational, and Environmental (TOE) contextual factors on the Knowledge Management (KM) Diffusion among the auto ancillary small enterprises.An in-depth survey was performed among the small enterprises of the auto ancillary industry. The data thus collected from the survey using the survey instrument, questionnaire, was analyzed through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach to evaluate the relationships among the constructs of the conceptual research framework.The current research paper’s major findings disclose that the Organizational Context has the strongest effect on KM Adoption, followed by Technological Context, and Environmental Context. The Environmental Context has the strongest effect on KM Implementation, followed by Organizational Context and Technological Context.Thehypothesized path relationships between TOE Contextual factors and KM Diffusion (KM Adoption & KM Implementation) have been found statistically significant among the small enterprises of the auto ancillary industry through the empirical results of the current research paper. An empirical analysis of knowledge management diffusion by small enterprises of the auto ancillary industry in Tamil Nadu &amp; Karnataka

The main objective of the current empirical research study is to understand the significant factors that favor or challenge the IT adoption among the small enterprises of the auto ancillary industry.A detailed survey was conducted among the small enterprises and the data was collected through the survey. The data was analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multivariate regression analysis (MRA). The exploratory factor analysis was conducted to establish the validity (through uni-dimensionality) and reliability (through Cronbach’s Alpha) of IT adoption constructs. The MRA was carried out to evaluate the relationship among the favoring and challenging factors of IT adoption in auto ancillary small enterprises sector.The favoring factors such as perceived benefits of IT use and government supporting initiatives are in positive relation with IT Adoption, whereas perceived competitive pressure and firm innovativeness are not statistically significant. The challenging factors such as lack of financial capacity, lack of in-house IT manpower, small scale operation and rigidity to change are found to be statistically significant for IT adoption.The current research study identified that the variables such as government supporting initiatives, rigidity to change are found to be statistically significant for IT adoption. The key government supporting initiatives such as low interest rates, subsidies and associated schemes have to be enhanced and ensured that they reach the intended sector of the automobile industry. Also, a range of relevant training programs for the employees in the domain of personality development and information technology utility and its implementation have to be initiated by the small enterprises of the auto ancillary industry to overcome the element of rigidity to change. © Serials Publications Pvt. The current review paper provides an overview of the important factors affecting the level of Knowledge Management adoption in the medium enterprises of the auto ancillary industry. The current research study includes an in-depth review of the articles of empirical and conceptual nature besides case studies on Knowledge Management adoption in the auto ancillary medium enterprises sector. The key dimensions of Knowledge Management adoption such as storage and retention of knowledge, identification of knowledge, the utilization of knowledge, and technological, organizational, and environmental (TOE) factors have not been fully captured through research. With the importance of the medium enterprises role in the over-all development of the country, more research should be performed in this field. The medium enterprises should give due importance to the allocation of adequate financial resources and TOE factors, and the implementation of training programs, team building activities, reward systems, and knowledge sharing platforms for the effective adoption of Knowledge Management. © 2017 Serials Publications Pvt.
