Test Path Identification for Internet of Things using Transaction Based Specification

This research aims to find out the influence of microfinance loan reimbursement performance of pastoral women self-help groups (SHG) in Vellore district. It focuses on the loan repayment performance in a block in Vellore district. A total of 17,446 women (SHG) microfinance borrowers were randomly selected through a multi-stage random sampling technique. The data was collected by using the questionnaire. Statistical tools such as descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis were used to examine the data. The results of the study showed that majority of the rural women were married, uneducated, belonged to low-income group and had medium family size. It was found that microfinance influences the loan reimbursement performance. © 2018 Academic Research Publishing Group.

Loan Repayment Performance of Women Self-help Roups in Vellore District: An Empirical Study

Gone are the days when women were considered no match for all powerful men in this world. The male dominated world was always reluctant to even acknowledge the fact that worm were as good as men on parameters of hard work, intelligence quotient (IQ) and leadership traits. The new generation women across the world have overcome all negative notions and have proved themselves beyond doubt in all spheres of life including the most intricate and cumbersome world of entrepreneurship. It has been established since ages that women successfully discharge multiple role in various capacities as a family member. But a woman moving out as an employee or as a boss has remained as a taboo in our country. Women specially married women were not accepted holding a position of a commander in any sphere despite the fact that they are assertive, persuasive and equally strong like their male counterparts. Due to the better education facilities, growing awareness and various schemes to promote entrepreneurship in our country, women have started excelling and outscoring boys/men almost in every sphere of life, for instance, be it academics, professional courses like medical, engineering, law, accountants, business administration etc. Studies reveal that women leaders have been found to be more empathetic, flexible and stronger in interpersonal skills. It is rightly said that, “Strong women leadership start with being able to pull together a group of people who may not have anything in common and getting them to bug into vision of themselves as a collective group who can achieve uncommon result”. Based on the above background, this empirical research article presents a bird’s eye view to measure the women awareness and access to various Government schemes to promote women entrepreneurship and also to study the reasons to become future women entrepreneurs in Vellore City, Tamil Nadu. © IAEME Publication.

Purpose: Women constitute around half of the aggregate total populace. So is in India moreover. They are, in this way viewed as the better 50% of the general public. In traditional societies, they were bound to the four dividers of houses performing family exercises. In present day societies they have left the four dividers to take part in a wide range of exercises. The worldwide evidence shows that women have been exceedingly performing well in various circles of exercises like governmental issues, political issues, administration, social work etc. Presently, have begun diving into industry additionally and running their endeavors effectively. In this way, the academic researchers at present talking about on entrepreneurial improvement, if appears in the wellness on the setting to learn about the advancement of women entrepreneurs in the nation. These induce the researcher to do this research. Methodology: Secondary resources like websites, magazines, books and other sources used for reviewing the literature. Findings: The study findings show that women entrepreneurs in manufacturing sector faced several problems in work and family environment. However, they are adopted coping strategies to manage the stress. Research Limitations/implications: The study is limited to secondary data Practical implications: The study explains various issues faced by women entrepreneurs in manufacturing sector and it will help future researchers who interest in focusing their research in this aspect. A review on stress and coping strategies of women entrepreneurs: Manufacturing sector

Purpose: To identify the influential factors and areas of improvement with regard to job satisfaction of engineering faculty members in a private University. Methodology: This research article moves towards an understanding of the overall factors influencing job satisfaction and the effect of demographic factors affecting job satisfaction. The researchers begin with the job satisfaction literature and then have explored the influential factors of job satisfaction. Hence, a study was done to explore the level of job satisfaction among teaching members in engineering domain working in a private university. The study was conducted in a private university at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The respondents were selected on the basis of convenience sampling technique. Latest SPSS version software was used for the study and statistical tools like frequency distribution, chi-square, One-way ANOVA and regression analysis are used to interpret the data. Theoretical contributions: The world destiny is determined only in the class rooms and thereby teaching profession has a great impact on the growth, development and well -being of the students, society, environment and nation. If the engineering teaching fraternities are not contented with the culture, relationship, nature of job and compensation then it will affect the technical teaching-learning process. New results/Implications: Faculty members should be consulted before implementing any change in the academic activities. The promotion norms should be transparent if not; it may also lead to dissatisfaction towards the job. Management should constitute a committee to redress the grievances of their employees as soon as possible. Job security should be assured in the private university. Hence, this paper addresses the influential factors of job satisfaction for faculty members, say culture, relationship, nature of the job, pay and perquisites. © IAEME Publication.

Stress free job is very difficult in now a day. Every human is being affected stress due to various reasons. They faced huge pressure and anxiety because of their work. Employees working in automotive sector also face more stress. This paper tries to analyze the different levels of ORS between the employees working in automotive sector in Vellore City. The researcher had taken a sample of 120 employees for the study. Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies were taken for this study. Simple random sampling was used. The result of the study said that Tier 1company employees suffer more stress due to not get expected role and responsibilities. Tier 2 company employees struggled by role conflict. © IAEME Publication.

A study on organisational role stress in automotive industry in Vellore

The handloom industry in India has become very popular because of the availability of different designs of fabrics and the manufacture of garments and dresses, which serves as the livelihood of millions of weavers employed in the handloom segment in India. The Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh in India consists of around 5549 handloom weavers. In this paper, the socio and economic conditions of the handloom weavers have been presented. The data has been collected from 80 respondents through questionnaires. The data has been analyzed using simple bar diagram on the basis of age, area, religion, caste, educational qualification, type and size of the family, type of occupation, house, ration card, land owned, assets owned, loan status, monthly weaving, purchase of raw material and types of loom. © IAEME Publication.

Socio-economic conditions of handloom weavers in Andhra Pradesh: A study of Nellore district

Reversible Data Hiding is a tactic of conveying secret message by embedding the same in any of the multimedia content and after extracting the hidden information, original cover can be recovered without any deformation to it. In this paper an unique way of embedding the secret data reversibly by applying pairwise prediction error expansion on Integer-Integer Wavelet transformed (I-IWT) image points is proposed for medical images. Considering the statistics of the medical images the neighboring points are considered to be similar and hence the prediction errors are perceived to be close to zero/minimum. The proposed scheme employs I-IWT which is applied to the sub bands of cover image and secret bits are embedded into all sub bands. Experimental analysis is carried out on various test medical images and compared with other recent reversible data hiding schemes. Superior image quality for considerable payload determines the efficiency of the proposed approach. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2018.

Improved Reversible Data Embedding in Medical Images Using I-IWT and Pairwise Pixel Difference Expansion

Abstract: Machine learning is used as an effective support system in health diagnosis which contains large volume of data. More commonly, analyzing such a large volume of data consumes more resources and execution time. In addition, all the features present in the dataset do not support in achieving the solution of the given problem. Hence, there is a need to use an effective feature selection algorithm for finding the more important features that contribute more in diagnosing the diseases. The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is one of the metaheuristic algorithms to find the best solution with less time. Nowadays, PSO algorithm is not only used to select the more significant features but also removes the irrelevant and redundant features present in the dataset. However, the traditional PSO algorithm has an issue in selecting the optimal weight to update the velocity and position of the particles. To overcome this issue, this paper presents a novel function for identifying optimal weights on the basis of population diversity function and tuning function. We have also proposed a novel fitness function for PSO with the help of Support Vector Machine (SVM). The objective of the fitness function is to minimize the number of attributes and increase the accuracy. The performance of the proposed PSO-SVM is compared with the various existing feature selection algorithms such as Info gain, Chi-squared, One attribute based, Consistency subset, Relief, CFS, Filtered subset, Filtered attribute, Gain ratio and PSO algorithm. The SVM classifier is also compared with several classifiers such as Naive Bayes, Random forest and MLP. © 2018, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.

A Machine Learning Framework for Feature Selection in Heart Disease Classification Using Improved Particle Swarm Optimization with Support Vector Machine Classifier

The agricultural production in India or any part of the world is depending on various factors like availability of arable land, water resources, climatic and diseasefree conditions etc. To overcome all these issues, plant genetic engineering is playing a vital role and it is considered as second green revolution and wide range of genetically modified organisms (GMO) and genetically modified products (GM products) are available today. Those kinds of modified products are made by the introduction of desired foreign genes to plants resulting in solving problems that could not be solved through classical methods. However, the licit behind the growth of biotechnology in terms of genetically modified crops needs to be addressed, to the world of critics, in perceiving the enduring deliberation on GM crops. The major stigma associated with genetically modified products is that it poses a great danger to the society in a number of ways. The social media created new horizon of people's fantasy and they could be triggered for anything.
