The attributes of employee engagement and job satisfaction as the perceived regulator on attrition among the information technology workers

Software development life cycle (SDLC) contains different phases. Software testing life cycle (STLC) has to be spent more time and cost during the development of embedded system software. Test cases are paly the major role in the embedded system software testing. Design specifications based automated test case has the added benefit of permitting test cases to be accessible timely in the software development life cycle. The validation process has reduced the effort in SDLC. Specification designs of the embedded system offer effective evidence during the software development process. Specification path based validation of automated test cases is improving the productivity of embedded system software. This paper presents a method for validation of automated test cases using specification path of embedded system. It makes three major processes. First, specification diagrams are converted to event flow graph and then nodes and edges are minimized using timed event flow path, finally the automated test cases are validated with the flow path of the EFG. This paper has accessible our proposed method with examples of real-time embedded system software.

Test Case Generation for Real-Time System Software Using Specification Diagram

Software development process contains various phases. More efforts and cost have to be spent in the testing phases. Test case generation at cluster level in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) can be the best optimised solution for reducing effort and cost. The efficient test cases will play a vital role in reducing the effort in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Unified Modeling Language (UML) designs provide valid information for software development process. UML interaction diagram based test case generation can be used to improve the quality in software. This paper presents a method for test case generation from UML interaction diagram at the cluster level. It makes three major processes. First, interaction diagrams are converted to data structure stack, and then the stack stimulus are minimized using boundary testing, and finally the test case is generated from minimized stack. Test case generation for embedded system software using uml interaction diagram

Mobile banking plays a vital role in Indian banking sector. In the banking sector service quality is the utmost essential measure for evaluating and satisfying customers. Customer loyalty and retention rate of customers can also be constructed. This study uses SERVQUAL model which consists of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy and responsiveness. Previous studies suggested that the perceptions and expectations of the customers are likely to be dissimilar in terms of mobile banking service quality. This study has been pursued to find out the gap between the five dimensions of mobile banking service qualities of Vellore District, Tamil Nadu. Based on this study, it is concluded that the service quality of mobile banking is better in public sector banks in terms of assurance provided to the customers than in private sector banks. In case of responsiveness, private sector banks provide a better mobile banking service quality than public sector banks. Hence, service quality of mobile banking plays a decisive role in both public and private sector banks. © Serials Publications Pvt. Ltd.

Effects of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction in private sector and public sector banks of Vellore, Tamil nadu

"Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) is considered as one of the best programme. It enacted the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) on February 2, 2005 launched by central government of India with main objective of creating sustainable livelihood for rural poor by linking the benefits of the scheme with the participation. The scheme is also meant to uplifting economically, financially, politically, aiming to reduce migration and assets creation in rural areas so that all rural poor get more empowerment in the country, thereby improving their standard of living and this scheme is the biggest poverty alleviation programme in the world. This scheme started with an initial outlay of '11.300 crore in the year 2006-07, '34,000 crore in 2014-15, '38,500 in 2015-16, and presently the government sanctioned '42,000 crore for 2017-18. But, even after sanctioning the huge amount of fund for the scheme, still in India both rural poverty and unemployment have grown in a record manner during last few decades and the women who participated in this scheme are facing lot of problems/obstacles like delay in wage payment through banks, demonetization, stress on job and health related issues". Particularly in Vellore district there are 743 panchayats in 20 blocks and nearly 73,280 women workers were registered so far and nearly '100 crore of wage payment not yet paid to beneficiaries through Aadhar linked nationalized bank accounts. By keeping this in mind, this paper going to address the problems related to wages payment to the beneficiaries through bank and demonetization of currency in India by entitled "Problems faced by MGNREGS beneficiary's wage payment through bank" in Katpadi, in Vellore district of Tamil Nadu.

Problems faced by MGNREGS beneficiary's wage payment through bank account

Purpose: The main aim of the study is to identify the dimensions and factors influencing the occupational stress of nurses' who are employees in a private hospital at Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Methodology: A questionnaire was used to measure the professional stress among the nurses in the hospital. The sample of the research consists of 62 nurses working in a private hospital at Vellore, Tamil Nadu. The questionnaire contains two segments. The first portion deals with socio-demographic information and second segment consist of six dimension say death and dying(6 variables), conflict with physicians (4 variables), lack of support (3 variables), conflict with other nurses (4 variables), work load (4 variables) and uncertainty concerning treatment (4 variables). Distress Implications: Majority of the nurses expressed their frustration about the conflict with their supervisors, inadequate manpower to cover the unitsand also complaint about the inadequate information provided by the physicians with regard to the treatment of the patients. The hospital management should employ adequate staff members for the smooth functioning of the work in each unit. They should also arrange meeting between physician and nurses as well as between nurses and supervisors wherein they discuss about all the issues in an amicable manner. Hence, this research paper report about the dimension influencing the occupational stress of nurses. The researchers confirmed from this study that the socio demographic factors of the nurses play a key role with regard to occupational stress. © 2017 Serials Publications Pvt. Ltd.
